Nature Printing incorporates many techniques used to create prints from any object found in nature. It often involves applying ink or paint to the object and pressing it on a surface, achieving an exact copy of the original object. I am a member of the Nature Printing Society.
Every leaf and stem of a weeping willow branch was individually printed on light blue rice paper. It was then mounted asymmetrically on stretched canvas covered with heavily textured white rice paper. The leaves wrap around the edges.) Elegant, serene.
